Custom Piercings in The Sims 4 Using the New Tattoo Features

The Businesses & Hobbies Expansion Pack just dropped, and with it comes a game-changing update to tattoos in CAS. But here’s the cool part—you can actually use this new feature to create custom piercings for your Sims! No CC needed, just a little creativity.

How to Make Custom Piercings in CAS

With the updated tattoo system, you can now place tattoos pretty much anywhere, meaning you can get creative and use them as piercings. Here’s how:

Jump into CAS – Pick your Sim or create a new one.
Go to the Tattoo Section – You’ll find this under body customization.
Use the Tattoo Paint Mode – This lets you place tattoos freely, almost like stickers.
Create a Piercing Look – Choose a tiny dot, and place it on the ears, nose, or even the eyebrow.
Adjust & Save – Play around with placement and color until it looks like a real piercing, then lock it in!

With this trick, you can make realistic ear piercings, nose rings, eyebrow piercings, and more—all without mods or CC. Plus, if you own a tattoo shop in the game, you can roleplay as a piercer too!
